My name is Ricky Burk, I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016 and have serviced almost 10,000 sessions. Prior to COVID I was the head trainer and manager for a corporate gym which gave me the opportunity to train a wide variety of clients ranging from a young athlete looking to gain an athletic scholarship, to the 90 year old grandmother that just wants to be able to dance at her granddaughters wedding; and everything in between. I grew up playing sports like soccer, baseball, football, track and field and this led me to Power/Olympic lifting and eventually progressed into a more functional based training as I transitioned to work with my knee, back and shoulder issues.
